Experience
I have spent my career building talent development programs across multiple industries, including hospitality, sales, and corporate environments. I have worked for leading organizations such as SiriusXM, Invited (ClubCorp), and The Fort Worth Club, where I led the learning function and built programs from the ground up.
My work has focused on creating training that connects directly to business outcomes, even in environments with limited resources and high expectations.
